When you're in a game of Allegiance, you have a number of channels open to you for getting information and help.
There are 5 ways to get in-game help for Allegiance.
- Press F1. This will launch the In-Game Help Display. This comprehensive Help display can answer nearly all gameplay questions that you may have.
- Select the WEB link from the main menu of Allegiance or select the Allegiance Web Page link from the Allegiance Zone menu. Remember that your game will be minimized when your browser is launched.
- When inside an Allegiance event game, occasionally you will be able to contact an Allegiance Administrator. To do this, press Enter to bring up your chat. Now type Admin and press TAB. This will open a chat channel to the Admin. Enter your message and press Enter. If an Admin is on duty, you'll get a response from the Admin, usually within a few minutes.
- If you are having problems with abusive players in Allegiance Zone, look players that have a + infront of their name and end with @Alleg. These are Chancellors that will help moderate the game and enforce the Code of Conduct (Hyperlink). These are member volunteers.
- If you are having difficulties with game player or just need some help, look for players that have a ! in front of their names and end with @Alleg. These are Facilitators that are here to give helpful game advice or help you with your problems. These are member volunteers.
