Getting Zone Lobby Help

Allegiance is a game of the MSN Gaming Zone. This means we bide by their rules. When in the Zone lobbies, there are Zone and Allegiance system operators (called Sysops) who have the ability to gag, boot and ban players. They are there not to just freely exercise their power but to help and assist players who have legitimate questions. If you have a question or problem, try reaching out to these personnel.

There are 3 ways to get Zone lobby Help.

  1. Look for personnel with an @Alleg at the end of their name. These are player volunteers who have been trained explicitly to help Allegiance Zone players. These player volunteers typically help Allegiance Zone lobbies, but may be monitoring free zone lobbies from time to time.
  2. Look for personnel with a + at the beginning of their Zone ID. These are Zone Sysops who are trained to help out MSN Gaming Zone members with questions and to offer the help that any Zoner might need.
  3. Click on Help along the top horizontal navigation. This will provide you with complete access to the MSN Gaming Zone Help section; Zone technical help, using ZoneFriends and the standard Zone Rules can be found here.
