The Zoners vs. the Zone!
Ok, that might be a slight exaggeration . . .
Perhaps a touch overstated . . .
Well, to be truthful, it's a total exaggeration.
Ok, ok! Sheesh! Here's the real headline. Whatever happened to Artistic License?!!
Zone Team Pounded in Fighter Ace II Open Beta Inaugural Event
The Zone Team made up of Fighter Ace sysops and Zone staffers bravely took off in their Axis aircraft facing the united might of Zoners flying GB, US and SU aircraft. The Zone Team was ably assisted by a few Zoners that took pity on them and flew on the Axis side, but unfortunately it was enough to turn the tide. Though they put up a good fight, the outcome was decidedly one sided.
There is one thing that was definitely accomplished. Universally players commented on how much fun they had. So you have to ask yourself, “Why wasn't I there?”
