Command the Allies or Soviets in a fast Cold-War RTS where every Ore-fueled economy, side-unique arsenal, and game-ending superweapon must be balanced against constant map control and countering the enemy's tech.
Getting Started
Your whole economy runs on Ore: build extra Ore Miners (or the Soviet War Miner) early so your Refineries stay busy, and expand a second Refinery near a fresh Ore patch before you run the first one dry. Gems are worth far more per load than plain ore, so grab any blue gem fields on the map first.
Power is separate from cash. Keep building Power Plants (or Soviet Tesla Reactors) ahead of demand, because if you go low on power your radar, defenses, and superweapons shut down, and a well-placed Allied Spy or Soviet strike on your plants can black out your whole base.
Winning Strategies
Match your army to the enemy's side. As Allies, Grizzly Tanks plus Rocketeers and IFVs give you speed and air power, while as Soviets the heavier Rhino Tank and Apocalypse can grind through in a straight fight; always add anti-air like Flak Troopers, Flak Tracks, or Allied Patriot Missile turrets so a few Kirov airships or Rocketeers do not wreck your undefended base.
Use each side's cheap infantry gimmicks. Allied Engineers can capture enemy or neutral tech buildings and repair bridges, GIs deploy into sandbagged gun nests for a strong defensive line, and Soviet Conscripts are cheap enough to swarm; keep Attack Dogs or Guardian GIs around because a single enemy Spy, Tanya, or Yuri can gut your base if it slips in unnoticed.
