Latency Indicator 
Next to each player's name in a game room is a latency indicator. The latency indicator shows how fast your current connection is to each player. If you are joining a game, it is recommended that you connect to a host with a green latency indicator.
Four segments lit up green indicate a good, low latency. Three segments lit up green indicate a fairly low, decent latency. Two segments lit up in yellow indicate a medium latency, and one segment lit red indicates high latency.
