Download Majesty's Upgrade Version 1.2

Majesty's upgrade version 1.2 supersedes earlier upgrades and provides a better multiplayer gaming experience. As the readme file notes, "The primary goal of Update#2 is to enhance the game speed of Majesty -- particularly in the multiplayer environment. It does this primarily by making improvements to the network code, as well as optimizing the game's memory handling. Aside from overall speed improvements, you'll notice a decrease in the 'halting' behavior of characters when a significantly slower machine is involved in a multiplayer game." Alright! You MUST download this upgrade in order to play on the Zone. If you don't have the upgrade, you will not be able to play multiplayer with those that do.
- Click on the link above to go to Hasbro Interactive's Patches main page.
- Click on Majesty in the list of games.
- Click on the majestyupdate2.exe (2.6 MB; approx. 18 mins. @ 28.8Kbps). Save the .exe to your hard drive.
- Once the download is complete, find the .exe on your hard drive, open it, and follow the onscreen instructions.
