Technical help covers anything technical that relates directly to the Allegiance product itself. If you need technical help for the Zone, look under Getting Zone Lobby Help. Technical issues can cover video and sound card issues, server and client issues and any other situation you may have with the game of Allegiance itself.
There are 4 ways to get technical help for Allegiance.
- Launch Allegiance and read the current message in the Message window at the Allegiance Zone menu for any information that may deal with your situation.
- Click News from the left-hand navigation. Look for the heading Known Issues and click on it for any information about your situation.
- Click Game Help. In this pop-up window, look through the left-hand navigation for a heading that may match your situation.
- If you still can not find the information you are looking for, you should contact Product Support Services (PSS). You can find them online or you can also contact them by the information on page 32 of your Allegiance manual.
